I have a bleeding disorder so I never get small nose bleeds, they are usually severe enough to have to go to the ED. Anytime I would cough or blow my nose, which I have to because I have chronic sinusitis, the bleeding would start. On my most recent trip to the ED I was told to use saline spray every 2 hours to keep the packing moist. Well after the packing came out I continued to use saline spray every 2-3 hours. I ditched the chemical ladened one they gave me at the hospital and bought the Vicks Sinex moisturizing aloe one and this Pretz. I used the Pretz before bed and in the morning and Vicks for the rest of the day. I haven't had a bleed in weeks even when blowing my nose hard. Most times there's not even a speck of blood. I haven't experienced this in many years! I ran out of the Pretz and started to use a different brand (one with hyaluronic acid) with the Vicks and noticed a little more blood when blowing and one day just had a random bleed although it was pretty small and resolved itself. I used to use the Vicks alone and would get very small breakthrough bleeding but when I added Pretz there is none at all. Anyway I know now that the Pretz makes the difference. I just got my second bottle and will continue to use this combo only. I just wish the Pretz came in a bigger size so I could use it all day but I'm trying to conserve. Even doing that though there is a noticeable difference. If you suffer from nosebleeds from dryness and regular saline doesn't work for you like it doesn't for me try this. It makes a difference. They use to make a bottle preserved that was the same price with double the amount . I guess preservative free has a price to it. But the product is very good no problems Read more
