The Primal Life product is low quality. The gels have an expired, unpleasant smell, and the worst part is the nozzle — it’s square-shaped and doesn’t fit comfortably in the mouth. It feels like a cheap product, but the price is surprisingly high. Read more

I use this for not only my teeth, but my eyes. I had retina detachment surgery and my vision is not the best. I use this to help with inflammation in my eye and it really does help. 3 minutes each day helps keep my sight more focused. Plus it work great for whitening. The only thing I don't like about this new version is battery life and the sensitivity of the on/off button. The old version was better. Read more
Don’t waste your money. The mouthpiece isn’t easy to use or clean or replace on device. Not a good design. The ‘whitening’ cream is weird and hard to clean off teeth and mouthpiece. Huge waste of money and they won’t take returns unless it’s unopened. The company also claims they don’t sell on Amazon but yet they have an Amazon store page. Terrible company. Read more
I ordered the Primal Life LED teeth whitening mouthpiece, but instead received something from the Molr company (Chinese). The mouthpiece is so narrow and rigid that is impossible to fit any teeth into it. Completely useless and not returnable. Read more
I was surprised to see just bad reviews. I enjoyed this product. Worked really well and quickly with no sensitivity. The paste doesn’t taste bad and it whitened my teeth well in just a few uses. The light is a bit finicky, turns on and off a bit too easily so I accidentally would push it when I didn’t mean to, but not a big deal to me. Read more

Nope. I lost the charging cord and they won't replace it; instead they gave me an offer to buy a new expensive device. Ridiculous customer service. Not sure it's worth it anyway. It's hard to clean! Lesson learned Read more
