It works but the feel is quite different from a plastic toothbrush. The cleaning ability is good without too much friction or stiffness, and not too soft also. I also clean my tongue with this instead of using my old plastic tongue brush which I've reused every day for years *** yuk ***. They seem to last a long time, at least two toothpaste tubes worth without looking slightly frayed. I don't bite down on the bristles and they stay in, no problem. The one thing that I would prefer is if they could use a wooden handle with a regular toothbrush shape. The conical wood thingy doesn't do anything for me, but I can go with the flow. The bristles fall out so easily that the toothbrush is basically unusable. Even with very light brushing, they shed everywhere. It’s a shame because the bristles are soft and I really like that they don’t use microplastics, but the quality just isn’t there. Read more

I have sensitive gums and react to plastic. Sometimes boar hair is too sharp. But on those sensitive days these are perfect and actually scrub despite being soft bristles. The knotted technique holds in the bristles much better than you think! I've only lost one or two during the break in period. It has a nice design for brushing, the thick handle is comfortable. These are very well made and very comfortable to use. It's lasted well abd are durable. Highly recommend. Read more

well they are sturdy rugged BUT a lil to hefty in the mouth and it did loosen a bit an already compromised bottom tooth maybe because i treated this brush like the plastic ones and sOoo i found them too harsh on my teeth. Read more
