These earrings are very beautiful and stunning to wear. They are very well made, solid material, and the gold plating looks expensive and high quality. The design of the flower is quite intricate and I have received many compliments when I wear them out. They have a normal, metal post backing, but the post has a groove-stop cut into it to prevent the back from inadvertently coming off and resulting in a loss. These earrings are 1/2" in diameter in the shape of a flower. The 5 polished petals are slightly forward curved with a clear cubic zirconia centered in the middle of each earring. The 3/8" post is centered in the back with butterfly backs to secure the earrings in the ear. There are 2 recessed rings near the end of the posts for the butterfly closure to lock into to secure the back depending on the thickness of the earlobe.
