Such a beautiful dress up cape. My granddaughter wore it for her mermaid themed birthday party and looked so cute. It was well made and fit great. She is six years old and it wasn't too heavy for her to wear. She loved it! She will have a lot of fun playing in it now. She loved the crown and scepter that game with it.
