Such a beautiful dress up cape. My granddaughter wore it for her mermaid themed birthday party and looked so cute. It was well made and fit great. She is six years old and it wasn't too heavy for her to wear. She loved it! She will have a lot of fun playing in it now. She loved the crown and scepter that game with it. My granddaughter loved this. It’s adorable, but not really as shown and I’m not sure how long it’ll last through a 4yr olds play. The wand broke after about 15 minutes. It’s very light weight and easy to put on. The sizing was accurate. It didn’t cost much so it was fun for her, but she was very disappointed when the wand broke. I hope her dad was able to fix it.
