Wore this over a sleeveless dress. Great price, durable material but not heavy. Had really good stretch to it, but the kind that actually resumes its original size. Sleeves were great length, rolled up and down easily for just the right coverage. You could wear it with literally anything, leave it open or tie it up. Very cute. I should get other colors!
