I really love these pajamas. I never wear pajama pants but needed some because of lower leg sutures. They're so soft and are so cute on. I don't feel weird going out onto my balcony to water plants. I got a small and believe me, I'm not a small person. 5'8" and 138lbs. 34C, 38 inch hips BUT big cycling legs. If your taller then they might seems a little short but that's ok.
