PLEASE READ: I am a dentist! I love these tablets. Young children may not have specifically learned the ability to spit so brushing alone may not be sufficient. Also, when children get braces, they are not able to brush thoroughly all over. These tablets come in very handy! The idea of probiotic tablets is to introduce good bacteria in the mouth that there is more of the good bacteria than the bad, which will essentially fight off cavity bugs. These tablets dissolve very quickly and are super easy to use! I highly highly recommended them. They taste wonderful as well! Sooooo worth the money! I don't like minty flavor so I use this product made for kids. This is my second order and I plan to use it forever. I'm in my 60s and if I'd used this product earlier in life I would not have the dental issues I have now.
