This brand seems to be really up-and-coming in the affordable kitchen appliance space. I have an air fryer from them that works great, and this crock pot gives great results as well. The drawback comes from the affordability, and that is aesthetic and feel. The inner pot is a great, heavy ceramic type thing that you'd expect even from higher-end crock pots, but the outer shell and mechanisms look and feel flimsy. That said, it functions perfectly!
