I otedered this because,,it was cheap, and it had,, such good reviews! That's why I ordered this grinder,,, But, it does go the job very quickly,, And I ordered the white color,,But I never seen the inside of the grinder on the page pictures of the inside,, I assume!!! It was metal in the inside,, But it sure wasn't! White on the inside, not metal in the inside where your coffee spice whatever you want grinded,,,IT IS PLASTIC AND WHITE!! I just used it for the first time, and the coffee already Stained the inside,,I don't like to use anything that has plastic where my food is in, because it adsorbs the food into the plastic yuck! But it is what I got,,And I needed this morning and payed extra to get it this morning to make my coffee because I bought Bean Coffee! Thought it was grounded,,And it was to late to go get the right coffee or pay money to go get another bag,, But it does grind the beans up very good,,And fast. But I wish I had chose the BLACK COLORED OPTION,,If you don't mind the cleaning the inside of it because it's all one piece 😝 And the noise,,it's a grinder! Had to replace my grinder of a different brand ( well known brand ) because i had dropped it and the inner plastic cup broke. My new grinder -- Proctor Silex, does not have the inner cup and I happen to like this better because there is one less part to clean. The clear plastic inner cup of my old grinder used to get spice and seed oil residue built up on it, whereas with this grinder, there is no oil buildup and there is no spillage to worry with. Overall -- no mess! Just use a spice brush and/or cloth for cleaning in one step -- Breezy! As for the grind power, it's strong. No need to multiple settings. The noise level is fine -- nothing deafening. The design is minimalist - like, sleek and on the small slim side; not as bulky as my last one, and though I liked the black color of my last grinder, the white suits my kitchen decor quite nicely. If you are fine with a brand name splashed front and center on your grinder, this one might be your pick. This grinder also comes in black, but the pricing can differ. This one is reasonably priced already , but get this on a Cyber Monday or Black Friday and it's a steal! Read more

Although I do highly recommend this product, I also recommend buying cloves that are already ground into powder. Learn from an idiot. Save yourself some money and headache. =) The spice grinder worked perfectly. High powered and fairly quiet, it made quick work of my whole cloves, but it's now stained and has a film of sorts covering the inside. Totally the cloves' fault. They did the same thing to my little personal blender I tried before the spice grinder. I've run coarse salt and coffee beans through the grinder (which it handled with ease) and wiped it with a slightly soapy washcloth to clean it as best as I could. I needed a temporary grinder until I get my favorite from storage. It’s inexpensive and gets the job done. But if you’re particular about uniform grounds, this is not for you. You definitely have to finesse the process to get even close to uniform. Even then, they will not be. It serves my purpose for little money for now. Read more
