Low-Medium Coverage, Good for Travel, Texture Comparable to "The Real Thing"
I have two of the (extremely expensive) Make Up For Ever HD Skin Palettes. This palette has sheer-to-medium buildable coverage that has a satin finish. I find myself not really needing to powder it down. MUFE is more pigmented and "buttery" and has a rather shiny, almost dewy finish if you dont powder it down. Frankly, they both can highlight dry patches if not properly hydrated & primed. Both palettes are made of metal and have the the same thickness when looking at it from the side. HOWEVER, MUFE is much heavier: there is a sheet of magnet inside each half, and the pans pop out so you can replace them. This palette is much lighter because there's no magnetic sheet inside and the pans are simply glued down If you have good skin and dont want a shiny finish, this palette might be preferable. Even if you dont have good skin and just want something light-coverage to even out skintone, this might be better for you. It's definitely lighter to travel with -- and MUCH less expensive than MUFE! Decent but Not the Best
The concealer works okay and provides decent coverage, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. It can feel a bit cakey if you apply too much, and it didn’t last as long as I hoped throughout the day. Not a bad product, but I’ve tried better. Good for quick touch-ups but not my go-to. Read more
