I have plantar fasciitis which causes my heel pain and makes walking difficult. I came across ProFoot Triad Orthotic and decided to give it a try. It immediately gave me relief and allowed me to walk with almost no discomfort. My shoe size is a 6 and the package says it fits shoe sizes 6 -10. It is 3/4" length which means the orthotic does not reach your toes, allowing them to move freely. There is a picture of this on the back of the package. It does take up some room in your shoes so it could make your shoes feel a bit snug but because they are slim, they fit most of my enclosed shoes comfortably. There is also replacement or refund information if you are not satisfied. I have also called their customer service with a question and they were very helpful. So if you are having heel pain and have not found relief, perhaps you could give this product a try. One note; since my first purchase which cost less then $7, the price has gone up a few dollars but I still will continue to buy this product as long as it gives the freedom to walk in comfort. I bought these for my New Balance sneakers that did not have enough arch support. They're comfortable and provide just enough arch support as well as extra heel cushioni. The size works well for me. I'm a 7 to 7.5. My only issue is that the pink material is almost a satiny material. It is very smooth and sometimes causes my feet to make a bit of a "fart" sound as I walk. Read more
