I have bought this product two years in a row. Last year, I bought a size 9 which I am in almost everything. They were so comfortable and warm and I got tons of “I want uggs” comments. The soles got ragged from snow so I replaced this year. I noticed the opening of the shoe down to heel gets worn very fast - to the point where it is sliding a lot. So instead, I sized down and bought a size 8.5. It took me almost five minutes to squeeze them on the first two or three times. The shoe itself fit perfectly but the opening was too small. After about five wears I can put them on easily and I don’t have the awful sliding! Read more
