If you're looking for ultimate comfort, you've found it. I usually wear a size 7, and I ordered the Size 7M, which fits perfectly. They hug my foot just right and feel secure without being restrictive. The sizing is spot-on. The slippers themselves arrived in perfect condition, but I do have a minor note on the shipping: the lid of the outer box was broken upon arrival. Thankfully, the shoes had no damage whatsoever, so this was just a cosmetic issue with the packaging. I wanted easy to slip on soft slippers with comfortable, flexible soles. These fit the bill. I wear an 8.5 medium shoe & bought these in a size 9. They are comfortably snug, both bare footed & with lightweight socks. The soles are a little thicker beneath the heel & provide nice support. The soles from toe to mid-slipper are flexible. They move well with my foot movement. My heels do not slip while walking normally. I did accidentally walk out of them when moving furniture & walking backwards!! The pictures are realistic. Love, love love! I'll be buying in every color. I got a 7.5, normally go between 7-8 depending on the shoe. These seemed a bit too small at first but once I squished my foot in there good they were fine. Though I'll probably be going for the 8 in future pairs. The genuine shearling is amazing, it's so warm and soft and fluffy. It didn't get immediately squished down and still feels cozy a few weeks into wearing them every day. I was worried these would get funky real quick due to the fluff, but this has not been the case at all. Since it's a natural fiber, it's moisture wicking and doesn't make my feet sweaty or hold onto moisture. So, I think as long as you put clean, unstinky feet in, they'll stay that way for a good while, unlike similar items with fake fur.
