I like this stand, works well. It has a bag included so you can store the pieces except for the top. All the hardware works as it should and if you're at all mechanically inclined, this is easy to assemble. Sturdy and keeps the laptop (or projector in my case) stable and working fine. Read more

This tripod was exactly what we needed to fit my projector and steamdeck. Seems to hold a decent amount of weight and you can move it around easily. Easy to put together and really a great stand for not that much money. Overall happy with this purchase. Read more

Overall, Iβm pleased with this. I was looking for something to elevate my laptop and potentially allow me to do video meetings without needing to slump over my desk. This is a great solution! It is sturdy, well made, and adjustment. Itβs not the most stylish piece you will have in your house and can be a bit chunky and bulky But it certainly serves it purpose and I appreciate it versatility. This is priced right and the phone holder is nice add on, but I donβt think it was completely necessary. Overall, a nice functional piece or equipment. Read more

Well worth the price. I removed the middle pole and repurposed it as a laptop stand while sitting, and it works great. Simple, sturdy, and practical. 5 stars. Read more

I noticed many of the reviews which complained about stability and included pics or video -- it was obvious the tripod was not set up correctly. It's important to set the legs as shown in the product photo. Unfortunately, the tripod allows you to extend the legs past the stability point, so you must ensure they are angled properly, then tighten down the clamp. Build quality is sufficient for this price point. The metal is thinner than more expensive options, but if you're careful with the set up and how you tighten down the clamps and bolts, it will serve it's purpose well. Because the clamps are plastic, over tightening could cause cracks eventually. I've seen it happen with other cheap tripods and stands I've used for studio lighting and backdrops when people really crank down on it. Should be snug, but doesn't require too much extra strength applied. The instructions included are fairly simple, but show two methods of setting up this stand. The default configuration is the taller format, but you can swap the clamps and exclude the center pole which allows the stand to be shorter for use on a table or desk. For me, this is the better option where I'm using a projector. The taller configuration works well too, though I felt like the weight of your projector will then have more influence on stability when the center of gravity is raised too much. Overall, I'm very pleased with this stand and it was perfect for my uses. Easy to set up, and more than enough stability for the simple projector I'm using. The tray is large enough for a larger home theater projector, but I'm using a fairly small one. The larger or heavier your projector, the more I would recommend looking for a heavier duty stand.
