I really wanted to like these books as they are adorable. Needed wider boots for winter instead of my 9W (swollen feet/health issues). I have so many sandals by this brand so was surprised these were so poorly made/designed. I ordered a 9XW, and they had plenty of room at the toe bed. However, they were way too tight the rest of the boot! I have medium arch, but these are fine if you have NO arch. The laces are too short and can’t be tied if you loosen them enough. The shaft is so tight it’s ridiculous. Why they would make such a narrow shaft on a 9XW boot makes no sense. There is no soft cushioning like their sandals, so not good for walking around. The fur was flying everywhere. I don’t think there is anyone that could wear this size the way they are made, and now I know why they were on sale. Propet’, do better! Read more

The shoe laces fray quickly, so use the zipper instead when putting them on and off. There is no shoe lace hole in the fur so the fur part is loose, while I can tighten the laces (I will buy new laces, maybe leather instead.) I kept them because it's very hard to find wide or extra wide shoes/boots and they fit my foot nicely and are comfortable. I put better insoles in them, furry ones, so they're cozy. Read more

Kind of figured for the price that these would not last more than a few months (I walk 3-7 miles every day). They were decently comfortable and warm (in temperatures right around freezing but not too far below). I'll invest in a good pair of winter boots next year. They were cute and "good enough."
