I saw this and I was told that the stones used actually do help, although I am not 100% sure, but I can use all the help I can get. So the bracelet is very nice and it's held together with 2 strands of what appears to be paracord. There is also an adjusted that keeps it in place on your wrist. The stones are Lapis Lazuli and Black Obsidian, and they are place in an alternating pattern. It looks great, and very sturdy. I wear them most days. Good quality made. The stones I am told need to be 'charged' in the sun once a week for them to give off their distinct properties, so I do that too. It also comes with a guide on what these and many more stones properties are, in the CHAKRA and overall good information on what stones do what. A good bit of information packed in the guide. I have to say I am impressed with the pattern they have been cut, definitely a sold customer. I love the blue and black color of these stones. However, I was a bit surprised at how small the bracelet looks in person. I have big, manly wrists so this was way too dainty for me! If you are a female or a male with small wrists then this may look way better. I wish they would make this bracelet with squares that are a bit larger and bulkier. I'd buy it in a minute! Read more
