Help with Pull-ups!
Perfect! Bought for extra help with pull-ups. I attach it to my PRX squat rack and it gives me just the help I need. Read more
Strength and recovery
Using these mostly to rehab my shoulder, but finding lots of things I would normally do with cable machines that can’t be done with free weights. Also lots of increasing tension exercises with free weight. Very useful. Read more

Like every other PRx product, this storage system is well designed and it's a great addition to my garage gym. I use it to store resistance bands, gloves, weightlifting belts and jump ropes. Glad I was able to find this one! Read more
