I give 3 1/2 stars. I have mixed feelings about these. My star rating explanation: ⭐️ Price: On Prime day sale, they were $12 or $3 a piece. Amazing price. ⭐️ Lens: I’ll give a star for the lens. They’re very clear (and very light) and seem accurate ⭐️ Color: For variety, I give a star, but the tortoise, which is always the color I choose, is a pink tortoise… it’s okay but not what I was expecting. 🌓 (1/2) Fit: These seem to be the “size” they claim to be, at least in overall width. I’ve included a photo from another brand and they seem to match up, but the shape of the lens is odd and seems smaller than advertised. I think they give the illusion I’m crossed eyed or that the glasses are too small. The listed sizes indicate they should look bigger not smaller. 🚫 Appearance : Two pairs are completely wonky. They’re crooked with no way to fix them. I certainly couldn’t wear these in public. So I guess one pair can stay in the car and one pair can sit on my bedside table. Two pairs are “okay”…. I likely wouldn’t wear them to work but I would be okay pulling them out in the grocery store to read labels. I don’t live all of the colors on me, but that’s not the fault of the supplier. Overall quality: For the price they’re fine. I would not buy the black ones in a store, even at the a dollar store price because they’re so crooked. I wouldn’t buy the clear even though they fit the best because I don’t like how they look. That leaves the tortoise. I’d buy them for $3 for sure but if I’m not buying the other two, then I’m really paying at least $6 a pair. I’m not sure whether I’d buy the pink. I might for $3 but not for $6. I would 100% buy 4 pairs of the tortoise, even though they’re a bit pinkish and look a little small, because having a pair in multiple places and not spending $25-30 (the cost of my favorite readers *peep*) on each one would be amazing. I recently had my yearly eye appointment and was told that I could use cheaters with my contacts to help with eye strain at work & when reading. I don't care for the cheaters at the pharmacy and I found these. They're great, they fit good and are very comfortable. I have a pair at work, another pair at my home computer, and another on my nightstand. They're exactly as described and they come with a little bag, wipe cloth, and a little driver to tighten the screws. My only "issue" is how creaky they are. Every time you touch them, they creak. It's not so bad because there is only one other employee in the office with me, but I imagine that if I worked in a busier office setting or used in public that they would drive me crazy. Read more
