The media could not be loaded. I set this up on April 28th 2025. If it fails in any way, i.e, the fans go out or the lights stop working or the charging ports for controllers quit charging I will come back and update what stopped & on what date that it quit so you guys know how long it lasted. It arrived quickly in the mail but I didn’t give it a full 5 stars bc I had trouble getting it screwed in. I sat with it for a long time & I never could get it. That may be operator error on my part but I simply could not get it. I used a dime on the screw but no matter how many rotations I made the screw never seemed to connect. I am unsure what I was doing incorrectly. I finally set it up without the screw. If I get it out in I will update that part. It’s very pretty. In order for the fans to work & the RGB lights it HAS to be plugged into the PS5. I thought I could get around this by plugging it into a wall adapter but noooo. It has to be into the system. That’s one negative bc the cord is verrrrry short. It is just long enough to go straight out of the cooling system and into the PS5. It is very pretty though. If it can last at the very least a year & does its job I will be happy. $40 a year to help protect your system isn’t a bad deal. If it last less than a year I will try a cheaper model before going to a more expensive model bc they all basically seem to be made out of the same materials anyhow. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Honestly the perfect Christmas present. Lights work amazingly with multiple different settings, very sturdy once you screw it in. Make sure to pop the little black circle out at the bottom of your ps5 to be able to screw it in. Read more

Overall it’s just okay. Pros: - Color of lights are nice - The controllers and the remote slot fits in well with ease - Nice to have extra usb ports Cons: - The PS5 doesn’t completely sit on the frame to where it fits properly even with the provided adapter. - Some of the bottom vents on an original PS5 are blocked. - Fan noise is MUCH louder at low speeds than at maximum - Charging rate could be faster but it’s only a regular USB cable that gives it power from the PlayStation and not a USB-C - Three Extra USB ports are not USB-C, not expecting all 3 but 1 would’ve been nice - The controller’s charging lights stay on 24/7 and they are not able to dim or turn off Read more

My husband loves it. As we live in Florida but unfortunately don't have central A/C only wall units it still gets very warm inside. We often had issues with the PS overheating so it would suddenly shut off often MID-RAID (the horror!)! This stopped that all together so it's a good purchase for sure. Read more
