Watch doesn’t work at all!
The media could not be loaded. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m so upset… I wish I would have read the reviews. I was trying to find my daughter a gift for her birthday that didn’t break the bank and was also practical since she’s 9 and plays outside and doesn’t have a cellphone. But as most of these other reviews said… the watch turned on, then as soon as we took the back off and put the SIM card in it just stopped turning on all together. We even took the SIM card back out to see if it would at least turn back on and it doesn’t. Such a waist of money. I should have just spent twice as much on a more reliable brand. I’m really hoping I can at least get a refund, but I doubt it because who has time to return stuff… not me. Read more

Call doesn’t work☹️
The media could not be loaded. So I like the watch ok. But every time I go to try to call someone it says insert SIM card The thing is I already inserted it. the package said put the Sim card in the watch then wait up to 24 hours and then you can call people but it’s been over 24 hours and it won’t let me call anybody so I definitely will not buy this watch again and don’t recommend it if you want a watch that calls but everything else on it worked fine. Worst smartwatch ever
The first time I bought it, it never turn on. Amazon refund me and I bought it for a second time, I received an opened case, the smartwatch came without power cable and with the Sim card inserted. It has videos of another kid in the memory. That second watch only last one day, when I tried to charge with a cable of my own, the watch never work again. Totally wasted of money, time and very disappointed son. Read more
