I love the packaging and I love the soap however the product is outside my price point. It is an effective soap and the packaging is great in terms of landfill conscious ness. I do recommend this product if the pricpont is good for you. It have a fresh scent. It breaks up the grease and food effectively. The soap is easy to rinse off, probably my favorite feature. & I love the dispensary bottle the soap has for the set I bought it with, the countertop organizer for brushes, sponge, soap, etc. in fact, that's how I found this soap. The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried a couple products from this brand and most, if not all, has been a hit! I normally buy puracy, but I needed a dish soap asap and puracy wouldn’t arrive on time so I opted for this brand instead. I bought it for $15 during cyber week. Not sure if I want to switch over to this one, but I’ll definitely be getting this one if puracy’s delivery date is too far out(usually not the case, but needed dish soap asap lol) Btw, this should bubble up more if you have a regular sponge. Ps: Though not until, fragrance free still has a smell, but probably just from the ingredients’ natural scents. Read more

Feels reassuring to use a product that has clean ingredients that also does a great job cleaning the dirty dishes! I will repurchase because I think they’re worth the cost. Read more

Heads up if you're buying Public Goods dish soap on Amazon! This package came severely watered down. I've been using this soap for ages, always getting it from the Public Goods website, and the consistency is completely off. It's basically soap water, not the dish soap I know and love. Read more

This is a great natural dish soap that's non-toxic, plant based and is biodegradable as-well, the soap has a wonderful mandarin orange citrusy scent, and it has plenty cleaning uses, it's gentle on hands so it can be used as a hand soap, or for manually cleaning dishes it works extremely well easily cleaning stuck grime off pots and pans, I even tried it on greasy oil, after getting my dirty bike chain oil all over my hands, this soap cleaned the black oil off quickly without too much scrubbing, a little goes a long way, and it foams up nicely too. The soap comes in a 34 fl oz plastic refill type bag that has a threaded cap for pouring it out, while you can dispense the soap from this bag it can pour out very quickly causing waste, so it's best to fill up an old used soap bottle or similar container to prevent over dispensing. The soap has nice clean simple ingredients (purified water, coconut based active ingredients, citric acid, sea salt, mandarin orange, basil essential oils.) For cons, the refill bag still appears to be plastic, so I'm not sure how this is less waste than a typical plastic bottle. Overall I highly recommend, a bit pricey, cleans excellent, degreases oil and grease, smells great, foams up nicely, works on hands, dishes, non-toxic plant based ingredients & biodegradable, large 34 fl oz bag to refill empty soap bottles. I should’ve read the ingredients closer because the smell of this is very synthetic and strong. I was hoping it wouldn’t be so strong but it is. It thankfully hasn’t left the smell on my dishware or baby bottles but I’m immediately returning as the smell has hurt my head. The ingredients say “natural fragrance” which is a red flag for me because that could be anything. I would’ve been fine with essential oils but who knows what this has in it for fragrance. They shouldn’t have added an fragrance to this to be honest Read more
