These things work if you put in the work! I went from never being able to do a pull up on my to now doing 5 pretty easily. Adjustable straps are really nice and help you make gains if you work at it. One star off because the foot straps aren't exactly equal, one is just slightly lower than the other which is kind of annoying but by no means a deal breaker. I was hesitant to order these, because the weird AI pictures and wonky photoshops in the listing make the product seem a little bit scammy. The product is largely as it appears in the close-ups, but is very evidently cut and sewn by hand, for what it's worth--nothing is quite perfectly straight, especially along the foot harnesses. It's not automatically a bad thing, but for something with such obvious safety implications like this, it does give me pause. The foot harnesses are a little odd. There seems to be a 2"x5" rubber rectangle sewn into the loop for the flat part. It's nice for keeping each loop open enough to easily step into when it's hanging, and feels like it keeps it from squeezing your feet slightly more than an unreinforced loop, but it's definitely not the rigid stirrup depicted in the listing photos. The height adjustment strap is super, super easy to use and the buckle feels well-made, but the numbers printed on the strap do not seem like they'll last very long. The labels scratch off relatively easily with a fingernail. I agree with the reviewer that noted the tensile strength is less than advertised, which can be important to folks who may not be as familiar with strength workouts. Read more

They work really well, before I can't do any pull ups at all and this allowed me to do some pull ups. I feel myself getting better at it and slowly taking straps off one by one. Eventually I am hoping I can do pull ups on my own without the help. A little pricier than some but I really appreciate the foot support pedal that the other bands don't offer. At least as of right now of reviewing this product, I don't see any other competitor with the the foot support option. Being able to slip my feet on and off the straps is a huge plus. Read more
