This resistance band set is very well made! Nice and sturdy , non-slip and don't roll. I have always used rubber bands (like from PT) and these are a LOT better! They don't pinch or snap! Three different levels of resistance (light, medium, heavy). It comes with handles, a door anchor, instructions and a carry bag. The instructions are basic. I will be using YouTube for more ideas. They should have a more comprehensive instruction booklet. This all comes in a nice 3 part container but it is tough to get everything back in there after using them. It would take time to get everything folded up correctly to fit. I put some stuff back in it and the rest in the carry bag. They should make the box a bit bigger. I was never really sure about resistance bands before. However this full set changed my mind. This is definitely the way to go for a good compact workout set. The bands are clearly color coded and marked with their resistance ranges. They are very easy to adjust for increased resistance by doubling or tripling up the loops. The handles are a definite must have. They make it so much easier to use the bands; ,much more comfortable than directly grabbing the bands.. By testing out the different bands, I could easily see that this set will be very effective for workouts and stretching. These are great for physical therapy, range of motion excercises as well. I really enjoy the bag and container for the bands. Although the storage box could be a litte bit larger to store the bands once they are out of their packages. Read more

This is a big set - that comes in a small storage container. Bands are thick and high quality. Also comes with additional attachments. Great set up for home work outs. Bands offer a variety of resistance options. Kit can be used in so many different exercise moves. Lower resistance offers more stretch while higher resistance offers less stretch- it’s like upping your weights as you move up the resistance. This set works well- has a lot of options, is perfect for getting more out of your workout and is a good value for the price versus all the items, which are good quality. These bands seem well-made and the stitching appears to be solid and secure, so they will likely hold up well. They're thick enough that they don't roll, which is a plus. A little booklet was enclosed with a couple of exercise suggestions, but I'm new at using this type of equipment, so I guess I'm off to YouTube for more instruction on their use.
