This was one of the least expensive pull up stations that I could find that looked sturdy, I was actually surprised at how sturdy it is! I am 6 ft tall and weigh 200 lbs. I do have to keep my knees bent, but this product doesn’t move at all while I am doing pull ups or dips. It was easy to put together and does not take up much floor space. Read more
I’m really happy with the Z Zhichi Dip Station. It was very easy to install — I had it set up and ready to use in just a few minutes. The quality feels solid and stable, even during intense workouts. Perfect for home strength training and doesn’t take up too much space. Overall, great value for the price and definitely recommend it for anyone building a home gym! Read more
As someone that is 5’11” and 216lbs this is perfect. It’s sturdy as long as you are not doing insane workouts, if you shift your weight to one side, it definitely wobbles, but still holds sturdy. Doing normal pull ups holds up real well. Some of my complaints was that it was scratched up when I got it, but to be fair, I’m not using it for looks, and the build guide was tiny. The screws did not look like they matched and struggled to determine what screws went where. The naming scheme even seemed similar. However there were videos online that I could watch and made it 10x easier. The grips are fine, the main one is fairly comfortable, the side ones are small but meant for sturdy grip not comfort. All tiny complaints aside, cheapest full pull-up bar for your money and works as intended. Definitely would recommend, especially if you are a beginner. Read more
Holds up to me doing 90lb weighted dips, im also180lbs 5'8". Pull up bar is adjustable. Assembled in 45 min with instructions. Other reviews are saying it is wobbly but they might not have tightened properly or have bad form. If you have decent form the wobble will be little to none . Also if your on the taller side, try placing some sort of blocks underneath to increase the height. Read more

It meets a temporary need for a pullup bar with the benefit of having grips for dips and pushups as well. It is definitely not as sturdy as I thought it would be, but it holds my 200+ lb body and will be a benefit for my sons as well to have an option to work on these exercises at home. Assembly was fairly easy, though the instructions are not super clear unless you understand what the different bolts are that you need to use in different areas. You definitely get what you pay for, so don't expect a high quality, very sturdy piece of equipment, but it is a serviceable and affordable piece of equipment. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I'm 5'-4", 180 lbs. So in my opinion, it's 35lbs of lightweight metal that is sturdy and durable. It's fairly easy to assemble with the instruction booklet and provided hex wrenches. Read more
