This is a mask with straps that go over your head. It is not a full helmet, but can be worn with a hoodie to give the illusion. The dark plastic is easy to see through. To help avoid fogging it does come with an anti-fog cloth to help polish the plastic. It does have an LED light up in the middle, and it does include a USB cable for charging. I love this helmet. I have not had anything like this before. I was expecting to get something that was like cheaply made, and this thing is made great quality. I love the packaging that it came in. This "Punk LED Mask Helmet, Adjustable Sci Fi Mask" is a very cool-looking and unique mask. It's easy to use, relatively comfortable, and fits well once the straps are adjusted, and the mask has pretty good one-way visibility through it. Upon delivery, the product box was beat up and taped together. After taking out the mask from the damaged box, I could see that the electronic part of the mask (the board and battery that controls the light) was exposed and flopping around underneath the plastic packaging. I removed the mask from the plastic and located the cover that had come off, exposing the board and battery (the component encasing the board and battery is 3D printed). I was able to piece it back together and was pleasantly surprised to see that the button, lighting, and charging still worked. Though the cover for the board and battery is loose, everything fit together and worked just fine. Other than that, there were some scuffs and scratches on the mask itself from what I presume to be "rough handling" and damage from the product box. The outer part of the mask is dark and reflective. You cannot see the face behind the mask. However, from the inside, you can clearly see everything around you, kind of like wearing reflective sunglasses. The top portion of the mask is darker as two parts of the tinted mask overlap, but where it doesn't overlap, visibility is lighter. The lighted triangle on my mask was a little tilted and not level, so I had to twist it a bit to make it level. When charging the mask, I noticed that the button lights up red and changes to green when it's fully charged. Depressing the button turns on and cycles through the different lighting modes. A long press turns it off. It's pretty simple and straightforward to use. One thing to note about this mask is that it is indeed a "mask" and not a "helmet." The back of the head is completely exposed outside of the straps that wrap around the back of your head and hold the mask onto your face. Overall, this is a pretty cool mask. However, I'd argue that the value for the price just isn't there. At the time of this review, the mask requires two Jacksons to purchase it. Though it isn't the highest quality, it is of decent quality and a unique and cool-looking mask. When it's all said and done, though, this is a pretty simple mask that happens to look crazier than it actually is. If this item had been more of a "helmet" style, then I'd probably say the value is there. Read more

I bought this punk LED mask helmet on a whim for a themed party—and wow, it totally stole the show. This cyberpunk costume mask is now one of my favorite pieces in my costume collection! The mask itself looks really cool on its own (it's made out of quality materials and has this cool silver vent design). It's actually really comfortable to wear and doesn't fog up on me. It has an adjustable strap that is comfortable, and I can see out of it easily (but people can't see in). But the mask gets even cooler with the glowing triangle that can be activated and has a couple different modes. If you're looking to cosplay some sci fi or cyberpunk, definitely consider this one! This fun, futuristic mask is great for cosplay and Halloween! So far it's fairly comfortable and you can see to navigate where you're going indoors at night. We didn't try it outdoors at night. I thought it had more options than just the lit up triangle, but it seems not. It would be more fun if it had more options, but it's still cool the way it is. It will definitely get worn to a con. This is a half mask but it comes with a really nice balaclava, charging cord and anti-fog wipes. The balaclava and anti-fog lights are such a nice touch and very welcome addition to the mask when some companies would probably try to save money and not include them. The masked fits great, easy to adjust, you can't see the person wearing the masks face from the outside but you can see perfectly out from the inside. The LED light is super simple to use and it's easy to change the light function by pressing the button. Nothing negative to say about this one. It's definitely a winner. Read more
