At first I was concerned about the size because I wear 2XL and they say only up to size XL; but the size worked perfectly! They are very stretchy and confirm to your shape quite well. They are made of an easy tear material that is very thin and feels like stretchy paper and can rip very easily. They say you can wash them and use them more than once, but the issue I ran into was that once you stick a pad down to the maerial, it is permenantly a part of the underwear and tears the fabric when trying to remove. I purchased for recovery for after a laproscopic hysterectomy. These performed very well. I didn't need pads after surgery, but there was some spotting, having disposal underwear made it so easy to stay comfortable and clean. Very flexible, nice thickness and surprisingly comfortable. These are high waisted, but that was ideal for covering the surgical sites accross my lower abdomen and helping to keep them covered and clean. I only used half the pairs, but it was well worth it. I preferred these over the hospital ones. Buuut I used the hospital ones the first week as the flow was heavy and these you pair with a pad. They are not soft but are durable. They do stay in place and stretchy enough for your pad and other products. They will rip if stretched too far Read more

These were such a lifesaver for me during postpartum. They are high waisted and fit very well. They’re breathable and supportive. Ripped very easily will not be buying again. Waste of money. Not form fitting either I tuck my tummy into them because I had a c section(3rd kid) left the bottom of my stomach red and swollen. Stretchy if you stretch on your own but falls apart if you stretch it the wrong way. Read more
