Wow! I wish I would have known about this sooner…. I am a 40 year-old female going through perimenopause and to say that my hormonal breakouts are unbelievably awful is an understatement!!! I get pores that get clogged with spacious hyperplasia!! and to make it more understandable, let’s just say it’s like having a poor that is a nonstop leaky clear faucet coming out of your face. I love that this is all natural from volcanic ash, but I must say read the directions!!!! do not use a metal spoon or a metal bowl because it will have an electric charge reaction…. I read if you have acne prone skin like myself do this mask about three times a week I plan on doing a bath as well. My photos are about five minutes in and you start to feel like a crusty elephant, but a good one! I can’t wait to see the before and after photos after a few uses but so far so great! Exactly what the title says. This stuff is a miracle in a bottle for me. I deal with frequent closed comedones, aka "whiteheads," on my face, and I was drawn to this product by its promise to "draw out toxins." For me- it did. I use this stuff around once a week...twice, if I'm feeling bad about my skin. It is very hard to mix up, I won't lie. And, its texture is not the easiest to rub onto the skin. But, the struggle is made worth it by the results. A tip specifically for that issue: start with *more water* than you think you need, and *less clay.* Once I rinse it off, my skin immediately looks smoother and most redness (if I had any) is just gone. I've been getting less clogged pores since using this. I am very pleased. Also, people aren't lying when they say that you can use this as a kind of hair mask or general skin detox. I got curious, and added a little to a bath one day and it refreshed my hair (make sure to use extra conditioner afterwards though) and made the skin around my torso kind of red but also refreshed which I figured implied that it was drawing out toxins/turning over dead cells. I was bit by a brown recluse spider. I researched what was helping others that did not want to go to a hospital. I jettisoned a close eye on it and even drawed a circle around the bullseye to make sure it did not increase. I used a few things prior to this which aided the process of healing. This stuff was what I used to help draw out the poison. I let it on past the 20 min they recommended which opened the wound up but drew out most of poison. After that I applied a drawing salve to help with healing and moisturizing the area. After it closed again I used the productagain but only for the time recommended. This stuff works very well.
