This has been a great product and excellent addition. Installation is relatively simple but may require some adjustments to get the spray direction just right. Make sure to be patient and make sure the hoses are threaded correctly. This can take a few tries. Water pressure is a bit high but that’s been the case for every brand. This is actually one of the best products I’ve ever used / bought. Installation was ok. There was a washer included in the packaging, but not mentioned in either the written instructions or YouTube instructions, so I didn’t originally think it was necessary. However, upon installation without it, I realized that the device needed the washer in order for it to work. Water was spraying out of the connections attached to the toilet. After reinstalling with the washer, everything else was a breeze. Using the bidet is an experience on its own. I thoroughly enjoyed using the angle controls to get a proper clean. The highest pressure is probably too high for the sensitive regions. I never use the highest pressure setting. My cold water temperature is very cold compared to other bidets that I used at resorts and B&Bs. However, that doesn’t bother me too much. There’s no warm water feature, which I might prefer every once in a while. Once I am done using the bidet, there’s little need for toilet paper. I am saving so much money on toilet paper. EVERY toilet should have a bidet. I don’t know why I didn’t get this sooner. Read more

Installation was easy. The supplied t-adapter is metal, not plastic as from some other makers. The nozzle aim is just right. Didets is cold water only, but that wasn’t found to be a problem as I like natural water. The “Front” setting sprays at a shallower angle than the “Back”. I got the Bidet the day after I ordered and had it up and running in twenty minutes. Its easy to instal and works better than I expected due to low cost of the item. The bidet is very powerful and I was completely clean with a fraction of what the unit is capable of. I set it up with the the bolts in the middle of the spacers that allows you to move it forward or backward. I guess I got lucky with setting it up that way because when I turned it on it was bulls eye the very first time. I am so happy with this I am getting one soon for a disabled relative with mobility issues. I think this will be a huge benefit for her helping her to remain independent and hygienic. Read more
