Unfortunate Fail

I ordered both this product and the TushWipes at the same time. The TushWipes were quite moist and performed well. HOWEVER, two very unsatisfactory issues afflicted this product: (1) the Feminine Wipes were all dried out--sheet of paper bone dry and (2) the Feminine Wipes wipes were re-packaged. They were not in a box, but gathered into a zip top sandwich bag. It made me wonder whether coping with product returns where the original box had been opened. I will not buy either product again.
