Dec 2025 update: I reordered this great product on 11Nov from Countryside Max & it’s never arrived so I contacted them, it’s was never sent, they said they’d resend it & after 25 days I got nothing. They didn’t send me either. They did give me my refund. So I reordered from Exotic Animals; they get my b pens delivered in just a few days!!! Countryside max made it worse by saying I was refunded because I was returning the item. That I never received !?!?!? Baloney !! One star to countryside max seller — only bcause I got my refund! Feedback on my prior orders from Exotic Animals seller: Arrived FAST; vendor shipped fred ex 2day. Nice size mix of large & smaller pellets. Sent in a box so beg was perfect condition.
