Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin and Sensitive Stomach Dog Food Lamb and Oat Meal Formula - 24 lb

We use this for our two Frenchies who seem to have never-ending tummy issues, and it has been such a great find. Sensitive stomach is basically the Frenchie life, and this formula has been much gentler on them than other foods we’ve tried. We feed the lamb and oatmeal dry food along with the same flavor wet food, and they absolutely eat it up every single meal. I mean, bowls are empty in minutes. No convincing needed! It’s reassuring to find something they love that also works well for their sensitive skin and stomachs. If you have a Frenchie with a delicate tummy, this is definitely worth trying. Read more

My dog loves it! She has had sensitive skin and stomach since she was a puppy. She has tried a Variety of foods, but nothing helped. We even tried a variety of medicines and all that, but same. Then I was watching the Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge and one of the hostess mentioned their Sensitive Skin and Stomach Hard Food. I was skeptical, but tried it and it made a difference! She still has issues with her stomach and overall health, but thanks to this she doesn't have an upset stomach as much as she did. Definitely worth it for the price. Read more

I have a 2 1/2 year old German Shepherd. She has been on Pro Plan since she was a puppy. I have been feeding her the Salmon for Sensitive Skin and Sensitive Stomach for Large Breeds for nearly 2 years now and it is an excellent product. Lately she seemed to get bored with her regular food so I thought I would try her out on a small 4 lb bag of the Lamb and Oatmeal to see if she liked it. She loves it! I only wish it would come in the bigger pellets for large breed dogs because she can eat this one without chewing. The Lamb kibble consists of smaller triangles instead of the large round pellets in Salmon for large breeds. I fixed the problem by feeding her a scoop of the larger Salmon kibble with a scoop of the smaller Lamb on top. That is working very well. She eats everything with enthusiasm and since the larger kibble is mixed in with the smaller stuff she still has to take her time and chew her food. Both types are great for her skin and coat and are easily digested. I just ordered the larger 24 lb bag of Lamb and will continue to give her a scoop of each as that is working so well. I hope Purina will make the Lamb for large breeds available as an option in the near future. Read more
