The media could not be loaded. Purchased 3 before allergy season last year for >2000sqft home and they been going strong since. The unit is very quiet except when strong cooking aromas are present then it springs into high speed action. Definitely noticed the difference in air quality especially with 3 cats. Also bought 3 smaller ones for bedrooms. Dust has dramatically been reduced. Im going through filters every 3-4 months. Read more

We received our 2-unit purchase of air purifiers, 400 model. We have dogs and these units absolutely do everything they claim to do. We've tried alot of different brands and this was our favorite for all issues. Between allergies, pet smells and everyday living, it was a tall task, but we're super happy. Also, their customer service was stellar with a shipping issue we initially encountered. One of the units was damaged, and they immediately sent a replacement. We call our 67 year old house HOME. Hardwood floors throughout. A few upgrades. Still have the knotty pine paneling throug kitchen along with the cabinets. Dust is/WAS a major issue. After I wrote my initial review of "should remove dust better at this HEPA rating", I was offered a full refund by the company. I decided to keep these air cleaners (I had bought two), as they advised me to place the air cleaners up higher, rather than on the floor. Therefore, I placed them on small tables. That seemed to help a bit and we started to see more dust being picked up by the air cleaners. However, the dust particles were very fine and we still continued to see large amounts of dust on our furniture and gathering in dust bunnies on the floor. Recently, (January 2025), the fan of one of the units started to cut out randomly. The fan also started to make a high pitched squeaking sound. I vacuumed the filter, but it really wasn't dirty aside from the fact that I had changed it not too long before it started to cut out. Having cut out several times, I decided to replace one unit with a different brand. The other unit was still running and the fan was not squeaking. In retrospect, I should have accepted the refund for both units. Seems to me that the company knows that these units do not pick up dust well. However, if smoke and smell are your main concerns, they are very sensitive to both smoke and smell and do clear out a room of both, very quickly. Read more
