SHIPPED INADEQUATELY PROTECTED IN JUST A THIN ENVELOPE. I FIXED IT TO PERFECTION IN FIVE MINUTES WITH THE HOT DRYER! I really liked how it looked in the picture and had my hopes high. When it arrived my arms dropped because just as the bag was really beautiful it came in a tin paper brown envelope and one side was okay but the other , the front was all squished and wavy and bulgy in all kinds of places. I was really sad and I wanted at first to just order another one but when I came to read more reviews I noticed this is pretty frequent thing that the bag comes wrinkly. So I came up with the idea of using a heat to fix it. I run my hair dryer on high for a minute till it was really hot and then simply blow on the bag at very close distance at times touching it and just used hand to smooth it and streach a bit form the inside too and in front of my eyes the bag was coming to life. From a bulgy mess to perfectly smooth surface. YEY! Yes, so this is very simple solution to bring the bag back to life. I tried the same method when I once ordered fake flowers for an event that came so sad looking we almost cried but someone came up with the idea to use the dryer and they came back to life too so this is really universal trick so it seems. Bag is beautiful. Bag is spacy. Very well made. Nice inside. It looks a lot like the famous Kate S.. designer bag so much so that aside from few minor details and the fact this is not a leather and the other is it is really esthetically close match. It is not heavy but not feather light either, again I compare it to Kate S bag and it is pretty much the same weight for the same size. It came with the matching money purse which is made of the same material on the outside and inside is beautiful and elegantly clean white.
