I’m so excited to write this review. Ever since I saw it on IG, I wanted to attend a class and to buy the P3 trainer. Finally today I got it!! The “trainer” has two resistance bands (the black one is longer for stand up work outs, the white band is shorter, therefore more resistance and it’s for mat work outs). The ball seems small but mighty. There are no instructions, so at first it’s pretty confusing but I suggest to watch the video in the description. The quality is superb. I’m so glad I didn’t get the knock off version and got the original. I did my first work out and I loved it. My aim is to tone up for summer so I shall write back with results after 3 months. I tried to save money by buying a similar product like this but it wasn't giving me the resistance I needed to get a good workout. This Pvolve equipment does the trick. If you have the Pvolve program, don't bother buying the cheaper exercise equipment that looks the same. Read more

The price of the Pvolve P.3 Trainer- Home Gym Fitness Equipment Resistance Band with Ankle Strap and Weight System originally had me staying away from these (even though it says I am reviewing for free, we still have to pay income taxes on the amount), I caved and ordered them anyway. I don't know whether this review is going to be for the actual P.3 Trainer or the On-Demand videos. They are both pretty awesome. I have only done one workout with these so far. Because I needed to review this, I skipped all of the basic training videos and headed to the first one I saw for this. It was brutal for me. Keep in mind, I am far from being fit - seriously far from it, so my experience may not be everyone's. As far as the On-Demand - those are some incredible workouts. Things you may have never done before. When you are previewing the video, you may say, "Oh, that looks easy! I can do THAT!" yeah, I said that too... You get a 7 day trial of the streaming videos and there are a lot that do not require equipment at all. They also tell you, for some of the exercises, what you can use to substitute. I was so impressed after my first workout that I signed up for a year of streaming. I just wish there was an app for the FireStick. Streaming from my iPad to the TV is a pain in the butt. It seems there is an app for Apple TV, though. For the bands - the ball automatically feels heavy just by holding it. It's only one pound (I think?) but by the end of the workout, it feels like 50. The hooks that you clip to the band seem very sturdy. The resistance of the bands is significant (again, that's my experience as being a very out of shape person). The attachments to the ankle straps feel quite sturdy as well. It was pretty easy to switch the band from one leg to the other. I usually avoid all of the highly-marketed exercise systems that are advertised by celebrities because they always seem to be overpriced and overhyped, and because I don't really care about said celebrity, but I am very very pleased I came across PVolve and their higher quality products. I was really wanting to love this, there is a limited 7 day membership that comes with it to see how to use it with pvolve. There’s not a whole lot of different moves. It is nice to have the straps on both ankles so it’s easy to switch sides easily which I don’t think other knockoffs have. The quality is great and I trust using this without getting hurt. Read more

i had a cheaper but similar set up as this but the p.volve system is much better quality and i prefer using it. the quality components and real resistance make all the difference. definitely a fun way to get some bodyweight/stretching in. Read more

This is a very well constructed piece of equipment. The straps and the wraps are quite sturdy and the weighted ball is weightier than expected. Essential to get some resistance training in. Your mileage may vary as far as the workout, but the equipment is solid. Read more
