Dogs love these. One dog did like to chew off the tabs when he was a puppy, but is still lasted quite a while for even him. The tabs allow you to throw it easily with getting too slobber-covered, and they enable any size dog to grab the ball. Read more

Our Boxers love these balls but let me address the negative reviews - these are soccer balls (footballs)! They are not made to withstand teeth or bite force so they will deflate, pop, puncture HOWEVER. Our girls still play with the one we got them for Christmas which had a hole in it within 2 days. They literally throw the ball using the straps, toss it around from side to side, and chase one another. We love it because we can easily throw it (boxers slobber a lot) and play tug with them. The large is the size of a child's soccer ball which is perfect because it can't get lodged in their throats. Bottom line - I will continue to buy these. For the price to watch them get excited and have a blast playing, I'm willing to pay every few months. Read more

I read many reviews on products from other companies and initially purchased a herding ball with a cloth cover that had amazing reviews and was a little less expensive. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same success with that ball as others as it didn't hold air well and I had to reinflate often which also increased the chance of puncturing the internal ball and quite frankly was a pain. I have purchased the smaller soccer balls with tabs from QDan that have held up beautifully (well over two years so far with daily play) so I decided to pay a little more and try this one. Three weeks in of daily use and I couldn't be happier. Not one issue with air leaking, it's durable and cleans up with a spray of the hose. It is heavier than the other same size ball that I had purchased with the cloth cover but that's not an issue for me or my dog. My border collie/lab loves it! She plays with it for hours and it not only provides great exercise and fun but also mental stimulation when she rolls it into a tight spot in the yard and has to figure out how to get it out (lots of barks and growling, which is hilarious). It has proven to be well worth the money, in my opinion, and I believe it will continue to offer hours of fun for my girl for a long time to come. Read more

***Update - Reached out to their support and flagged my issue. They promptly took care of the issue for me. Solid customer support! This is a terrible quality product. It lasted maybe 4 minutes before my dog (Vizsla, 65lbs) had bit through the material. :( If you have a little ankle biter this might work but for any dog larger than that don't waste your time. Update (6 Dec 2025): Customer service reached out to me quickly and sent me a new ball. My little pup loves it and it's the perfect size for him...and even better, he hasn't been able to chew through the tabs! I definitely recommend you try this toy. :) _____ The ball seems to be a good size for our 9lb puppy, is cute, and seems be good quality. However, the one that we received has a leak in the stitching that is preventing us from inflating it fully, so we can't play with it properly. Read more

Wow. I have labs that insist on carrying this ball around. They love it. I started with one and it is still not torn up after 8 months, which is saying something for this ball because not her stands up for long. I ordered a second one and will probably get another for the babies for Christmas with new collars. Highly recommended. Read more

This is a great toy for my active beagle pittie mix. She runs around the yard playing keep away from us and loves to fetch it on long throws across the grass. She loves that it makes a sound when she runs with it. The one thing I'll criticize is that she already chewed off one of the straps in about 5 minutes of it being left in her sole possession, so we have to keep it put away when we can't supervise her. Well, it took my pup less than 5 minutes to chew the lil straps off. That was per strap, so glad she pooped them out! The ball itself seems to be holding up but with her chewing the straps off as fast as she did and consuming a few, I won't be replacing the ball with same kind. Ball without strap thingies next time. We tried it out. Read more
