I was concerned about finding a tripod mount for my iPhone XR with the rather large Lifeproof Fre case. It fits perfectly and securely on this mount and SO easy to use. My tripod only has a pan (left to right) and tilt (up and down) head, no leveling (horizon) adjustment (other than shortening a leg). The rotating holder that came with this adapter made it a breeze to get the phone level. I bought this for my Galaxy s24 Ultra to attach to any portable or bigger tripod. Works like a charm. I like that they give you two mounts to work together for any shot you need. Great for the price and if you already have the tripod(s) needed to attach this to. I really like the the screw clamp. It's much better than the spring clamps on cheaper models. I'm happy so far. I like this - really works well and is adaptable to pretty much any phone geometry. I wanted it for timed group photos, using a tripod, and it works great for that. It comes in two pieces in a box, and you have to screw these together. The part that holds the phone rotates in the 2nd part, the one with screw tap, that connects to the tripod. There are some fins on the former part that engage on the latter part, so that when you screw down tight the phone won't rotate. If these fins are oriented wrong when you assemble, they push down onto little ridges, and can be damaged. I initially got this wrong and put a few small dings into the fins, before realizing that I had the orientation off. However, this is luckily not enough to affect the function. It would be good if the instructions warned about this. Once you get it together right, I think this tool does a very good job for making a phone mountable on a traditional tripod mount. Read more

This item works perfectly for my needs. Fits a typical tripod and holds my iphone as intended. I also purchased a couple of wireless trigger buttons so now I can be included in family photos around the Christmas tree. This is also very handy when trying to lake long exposure photos because you can place the phone into the mount to be steady and if you use a remote trigger you can take the photo without touching the phone and risking shaking the camera. Beginner vlogger and saw this on YT as a great option. Definitely agree that for a beginner, this works! Price is cheap, very easy to attach and use.
