I bought this case for my new phone and MY GOODNESS it is sturdy! It is so strong that I could not pry the outer shell away from the inner 'holder' part; my husband had to do it. Once my phone was clicked in, then the outer shell was popped back on. That's when I realized that the charging port is covered by the case, but there is a little 'window' you can open to charge it. This is a very smart feature, because if you accidentally drop your phone in water there is no way that water will get inside of the charging port. The case does not obstruct the power on / screen wake up button, and it also does not obstruct the volume+ or volume- buttons. The back of the case does not obstruct the camera lenses. This case is more bulky than my last one but it protects my phone very well. I am concerned that the covering for the charging port will be the first to go but the case will still be effective. Read more
