I am beyond impressed with this set. For context, my measurements are 34.5” chest, 27” waist, 37.5” hips, and I’m 5’5” tall. I ordered a small and it fit like a glove. The material is very soft, stretchy, and breathable. The images are completely accurate to the product IRL. What really impressed me about this set was the quality. The stitching of the seams are impeccable, the straps are well constructed, and the built-in bra is the best I have ever tried in a tank top. Not only is it very well constructed, it's actually flattering and keeps everything very secure. The cups are molded (unlike most built-in bras) and give a nice shape. The bra is lined with a different material between the shirt and the cups that help wick away sweat, which I definitely noticed during my workouts. The V-stitch on the back of the shorts is also very flattering on my rear end which is appreciated. My only complaint is that the shorts are a bit thin when it comes to covering up a cameltoe in the front, but I fixed this by wearing a silicone cameltoe shield. I'm not too bothered by it though as that's an issue I've came across in most workout shorts I've tried. TLDR: I love this set so much! It's very high quality, cute, and flattering. I ordered this tank and shorts for working out. I’d like to do yoga, and also do a lot of fitness videos at home. Since I’m not really going to the gym, I’m not concerned about wearing this outside of the house, just for reference in my review. I will say that the top is perfect. It fits great, it’s true to size, it has padding in the bust area, which adds extra support. I wear it without a bra and I’m not concerned about support for low impact exercise. Mind you, I’m not talking about running or anything high impact. I have large breast so if I’m going to do high impact, I have to wear a very supportive sports bra. The shorts are not so good. They fit great, but the fabric is just much too thin for an exercise short. The waistband is so loose and flimsy that I honestly had the shorts rolling down on me. They don’t stay up. Because of that I removed one star. The fabric really should’ve been thicker. The reason why it’s not as noticeable on the top is because the top is double layered so that in itself gives it more structure and support. If you are doing exercise, that is not high impact, this will work. It’ll work for yoga and it’s a really cute set and it fits great. Just keep in mind that the bottoms are a little bit lightweight fabric. Perhaps size down. Read more

I got this set for my teen daughter who is a women’s size 4/6 in a small size. They fit her perfectly and she said they are very comfy. She will mostly be wearing these under clothes like tops and skirts. The top is more of a belly shirt. She’s a little bigger on top but it seemed to hold her ok and it’s pretty padded inside. The material is very stretchy and looks like the typical bathing suit material but you can feel the nylon when grabbing it. It’s soft though, she had no complaints. Working out in it? I dunno.
