I thought this was cute and got it mostly for the novelty, but I tested it last night and discovered this morning that it actually works really well. When the sun rises I am usually hit head-on with that light first thing in the morning and that is my wake-up call. No alarm needed and I'm up whether I actually want to be or not. I put this mask on last night before bed and it was comfortable enough that it didn't bother me to wear it. I'm not really a tosser, so I can't speak to how well it would stay on if you are. It did slip a bit out of position in the night, but adjusting it came naturally enough that I didn't even have to think about it as I first began to stir. My groggy mind was wondering why I was even up when it wasn't light out yet until I remembered and removed the mask. Bam! Sunlight! And it was a couple hours later than I usually wake up too.
