The unit was very easy to install , I had an issue setting up my Bluetooth & getting to the car play but customer service helped me out with that issue .. they responded very fast and helped me in less than 5 mins. Great upgrade to the truck and easy to install. The large screen is better quality than what was in the truck from factory. I am very pleased with the product and responsiveness of the support team. This screen made the interior of my truck look newer immediately, and the touchscreen is responsive and works great. The customer service was also very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The only downsides for me were the camera fit/sizing wasn’t quite right, and the audio settings are a little quirky and take some tweaking. Read more
Amazing product here! It definitely looks like it came from the factory! Customer support is very quick to respond and very helpful; the issue I had was resolved within 12 hrs of me installing the unit which was very easy, even for someone that hasnt dont it before! The settings are a little tough to setup and you may need to watch a few youtube videos to get it dialed in but patience is key! I didnt have any bad experiences so far and I recommend this product highly! Read more
Easy install but a little confusing on what you need and what you don’t need as far as wires in the back. I watched a number of YouTube videos to help guide me. Disappointed in the apple car play delay but looks great! Read more

Exelent, this stereo make your car looks amazing, the stereo is working, but connection is very easy. Only problem with the Bluetooth connection, but I call customer service. The person with me. he gave me.excellent service. They make everything so easy and fix the problem now stereo is working like a champion with no problem highly recommended. Read more
Great update for my gmc easy to install but you have to have I little knowledge of how to navigate and setup the screen also costumer service answered all my questions and help me thru the process now it works great so far Read more
