This is an easy sweater to dress up or down. It looks lovely with a maxi skirt and strappy sandals, but it’s just as cute with jeans and tennis shoes. It works well for the office, date night, or casual days running errands. The sweater comes in ten colors and sizes from small through 2X, so there’s something for almost everyone. I love the fit and feel so much that I’m confident I’ll be picking this up in more colors. My first choice was the deep sea blue, and it’s absolutely beautiful. The color really does resemble the ocean on a peaceful sunny day, and it sets off my hair and favorite outfits perfectly. The stretch in this sweater is especially impressive. I wear a 2X and it fits me beautifully, and my daughter — who normally wears a 4X — was also able to wear the 2X comfortably without it looking tight. That kind of flexibility makes this sweater very forgiving and inclusive in fit. It’s machine washable and easy to care for, and the cable knit pattern has retained its shape wash after wash. The ribbed hem and sleeves add a polished finish, the hem falls at mid-hip, and the V-neck is feminine and flattering. This sweater is well made, affordable, and an excellent value. First, I potentially could've gone with a medium on this sweater, but went with large because I have a big chest. (I'm 5'4" and 137lbs.) On the other hand, a loose sweater top isn't necessarily a bad thing, so I'll definitely be wearing it, but it might be over other blouses or tops, especially for fall or winter wear. The gray heather color on mine is nicely understated, the cable-knit attractive, and the fabric is very soft. Wearing it, I noted no itchiness on my arms where the cuffs were (sometimes an issue with other tops). In terms of suitability for various scenarios, I think the only one where this might not be a great choice is formalwear. From casual to dressy to business though? It works, and if you run cold or need just one more layer to be comfortable, this is a good choice. Personally, I think that pairing it with jeans is the way I'll wear mind the most often. Also, I'd have to say that the usual price is a decent value. One additional detail: Although my photo shows the sweater as possibly having some packaging-induced wrinkling, this went away within a short time of being hung up.
