This is such a gorgeous sweater, these photos do not do it justice. I normally wear an XL so I could have gone up 1 size if they'd have had it. The sleeve length is perfect for me, as is the V-neck style. I prefer items that are made of cotton, as this one is, even though they wrinkle a bit, as they are cooler to wear which this one is. I've hung this up in the bathroom since I received it, and the wrinkles disappeared quickly. The care instructions are also easy, I wash in cold water, hang or lay to dry. The quality of this sweater isn’t what I’d call fantastic but it is very comfortable and it’s what I would call a “staple.” You can throw it on with jeans, throw it on with slack and even throw it on with a skirt and look pretty decent. And who can’t use a shirt like that? The material is rather lightweight which makes it good to wear indoors or on fall days or summer nights depending on where you live. I got the dark grey version and although it’s not thick there’s no seeing through the material, which is great. The seams look pretty decent for the most part. I don’t see any fraying or loose ends. My one complaint would be that the bottom seam where it meets the wide edging of the sweater puckers a bit and so the sweater doesn’t fall straight which I’d prefer. Small detail although it is one that I think is indicative of the level of quality. Still, for the price I think this is a very useful sweater to have in one’s closet. I got mine in an extra large since my bust runs into the mid letters of the alphabet. The sweater accommodates my larger top well without me feeling like I’m swimming in a sack. Plus the V neck is attractive yet has a modest cut which is very much appreciated. I’m not yet sure how this will hold up to washing and if it will “pill” easily but for the price it seems a decent and convenient sweater. Read more

I recognized the Qualfort brand and knew it usually has good quality clothing, so I ordered this black lightweight sweater. Im so glad I did! I opened this sweater and got a quick picture. I knew right away that this was great value for my money. The cotton blend fabric is soft feeling, should keep its shape well, and is the perfect weight for me. The shirt has even seams and no loose threads. I believe it is well made. I’m 5’8” tall and 173 lbs. I ordered size large and even with my busty chest, the sweater is generously long in the body and arms. All day long I felt warm and comfortable. The top looks clean and crisp. I threw on a necklace and wore this to a neighbor’s game night party. I could wear it so many times, for so many occasions. I’m very happy with this new lightweight black sweater. This pullover sweater is perfect for this winter. The material is super soft and not scratchy at all. I have very sensitive skin and this sweater feel like a soft blanket on my skin without any scratchy seams I do get hot and since this sweater is V neck it can stay warm but not feel sweaty or claustrophobic with it tight up my neck. The length is perfect it covers my tummy area which I hate showing, and it has a nice hang. It doesn’t bind or feel like I’m wearing a dress. I like the side slits so it’s not too tight and the cuffs on the sleeves fit nice and are soft. If you’re thinking of getting this sweater go for it. Read more

Yes it's soft, made from material that the description says is "55%Cotton, 25%Modal, 20%Polyester". I needed to look up "modal", found out it's is a semi-synthetic fabric "made from beech tree pulp, belonging to the rayon family". It's known for a "silky feel, breathability, and durability" so it's "a popular choice for clothing like underwear and pajamas, as well as for home goods like sheets and towels". I am reading that it is also considered eco-friendly but I need to dig on that aspect more. But to back up, I like there's a good amount of cotton in this (almost gave it five stars for that alone, I love cotton), but need to be aware of that when washing it though. Care instructions say "Machine Wash" but I'm not sure that's the best idea, I may hand wash this, or at least soak it and then run it through a short gentle cycle. I ordered up, I like mine roomy and a bit drapey and would prefer that this top doesn't shrink, so I'll take extra care. Will report back with any issues. The bone/beige color is very light and goes with many things. I took photos with both a dark background and white, you can see it is a shade or two darker than white, more subtle. I like it a lot, I have many things to pair it with, HOWEVER it is thin, I mean I'll need to wear a shirt of some sort under this for sure (see photos), at least a tank, maybe layer with longer sleeves if the temperature calls for it. For the price ($18 at this writing) I'd say the quality is right but it really could use to be thicker. If I'd seen this on the rack I'm not sure I'd have picked it, may have kept looking for something thicker (and not see-through at all, and that would probably be more expensive lol). If I were to purchase this for someone else I'd gift it with a layering top for underneath, perhaps a bone-colored thermal top with the thumholes would be cute and warm for chillier adventures, esp paired with jeans and simple gold hoops. I really like this sweater! The material is incredibly comfortable, feels soft against the skin, and fits perfectly, true to size, with a flattering V-neck design that looks stylish.
