100% worth every cent!! I’ve used these hangers for about 3 years, I’ve ordered them on three separate occasions and I love them!! I don’t have issues with things slipping off of them, and they have held up great!! They are also thin and help maximize use of space in your closet! The one and only issue I’ve ever had is I left one hanging in my car in the middle of Texas summer and it got a little warped from the heat, but I put it back out side with counter pressure and it flattened right back out! My husband and I both LOVE these hangers! They are strong and flexible. Very easy to put into clothing. Clothing does not slip off the hangers. They can hold a good amount of weight, though for heavy coats I would still use a wooden hanger. Color really doesn't matter (though we both like black), because only the metal top shows. The hangers function well - they really saved space in our closets, and look just great. Our plastic hangers were constantly breaking, so this was a nice inexpensive upgrade and a good value. I really like these hangers — they’re a great value for the price. The thickness is perfect, and I prefer the plastic over velvet. Velvet hangers tend to shed over time, and I’ve always worried about the color transferring onto my clothes, especially white items. These are a great value for the money and I’m a repeat buyer. They are pretty durable and only 1 or 2 have broken on me over the last few years (probably my fault for pulling on them too hard). I used to use nicer full-size wooden hangers, that's when I had a huge closet. I hang everything but underwear, shorts, and socks and I have a LOT of t-shirts so I need a lot of space. Ultimately I moved and have a smaller closet and the wooden hangers were just too bulky, especially for t-shirts. I then switched to the thin hangers that I got from that big C place. They were great and I quickly switched to the thin hangers completely. Unfortunately those were the flocked, non-slip type and I eventually learned how much I hated the flocking, even though I loved the space saving thinness, it made hanging shirts a real PITA and caused a lot of stretching of the neck holes. I looked for years for plain, smooth thin hangers but could never find them. I tried some thin ones from IKEA but they were too small (I'm sure because IKEA could save $.0001 per hanger by using less plastic making them narrower). I then even switched to plain-jane plastic ones from Tar, but they broke easily. Eventually I started searching again and I am soooo glad I found these. They are basically exactly what I was looking for and I have switched out all my hangers again for these and hopefully it will be the last time. I actually still use some of the old flocked ones for hanging pants only because it keeps the pants from sliding towards the front or back of the hanger while hung on the rod. The only thing I would like is if the plastic was a little tougher (more flexible, but still stiff, and thereby more resistant to breaking). I only had about 3 break, out of about 100, but it happens where the metal hook goes into the plastic hanger body. After they broke I was a tad more careful to handle them, but it's really not much of an issue, they aren't that fragile. Also, I had no issues of broken hangers during shipment as some have mentioned in the past. Read more
