This long nylon hair tool travel bag is roomy and simple to use. It measures about 14 inches long by 5 inches wide at the base. The really great thing about this bag is that it will stand up by itself and STAY OPEN for you to be able to easily put things in and pull them out. However, NOTE that you will not be able to fill it to its complete height when opened, because of the way the top of the bag needs to 'fold up' in order to zip. The zipper is large and easy to grab and pull. It also has a large loop handle at one end which will fit over your wrist. It is stitched on strongly and should hold up well with you pulling it in and out of your luggage or carrying. Inside are two sizable mesh pockets (see picture with sunglasses for size reference). At the bottom of the case is a long flat piece with velcro on either end which you can attach vertically down the middle of the bag to divide it into two sides. This is helpful if you want to keep hair instruments or other items from banging into each other. The fabric is a water resistnt nylon that is durable and easy to spot clean. This is a super handy, super functional piece to have whether for home or travel use. Of course you can use it for lots of things besides hair tools! This makes a Great Gift! It is well made, the nylon and stitching are both good quality but the 4 stars is because the interior of my had a fairly strong odor like cigarette smoke, including the extra padded piece with the velcro that is removable. I have turned it inside out to try to air it out some, and can wash it to see if that helps. My husband got me a Shark hair dryer for Christmas and included an organizer he bought with it.
