4.5 stars Overall, this tote is well constructed for the price. The hemming and fabric material are good quality. It has a multiple pockets with a trolley sleeve. The fabric is water resistant nylon, the outer layer being thick and a little padded. The quilted design is evenly wrapped around the front and side pockets. The side pockets have slanted edges which I feel appears esthetically more appealing from the side. I would’ve preferred the quilted pattern to wrap onto the back side where the trolley sleeve is located because it appears a little flat and uneven from a side profile. The interior is spacious. I can fit a small purse, light jacket, toiletries, laptop in the padded laptop sleeve, mini IPad and more. The side pockets can fit a water bottle and umbrella. The large waterproof pocket is a thoughtful feature to separate toiletries that could potentially leak. A missed opportunity in the design is making this waterproof pocket a detachable bag. There are a few other minor issues. Although the tote feels sturdy the zippers feel cheap. The zippers do not run smooth in some pockets. The design of the general compartment zipper closure seems to be an afterthought, with gaping holes on the sides between the closure and the rest of the bag. Although this type of zipper closure is normal in a lot of totes of this size I see it as a potential problem for theft and security so I try to look for totes where the entire top and zipper is completely sewn into the adjacent panels. However, at the price point of less than $25 this type of construction is somewhat acceptable. This is a great tote at this price point for work, travel, and school. Read more

i was able to snag this bag (which the ad listing happened to be on sale at the time) and i am very pleased with it! not only is it higher quality feeling & looking than i expected but it’s actually decently sized and can hold a fair amount of items. it easily fit my 13in laptop and i have room for plenty of other stuff to go along with it. it’s a lightweight bag but doesn’t feel super cheap or paper thin. it has many different sections and even waterproof resistant fabric which is smooth to the touch. i was curious about the color scheme before it arrived but in my opinion it’s actually prettier in person. overall, the quality is honestly better than expected like i mentioned before, the nice open main section in addition to the multiple pockets (but no so many that they become cluttered or excessive) as well as the luggage strap to put on your suitcase, all make this bag super useful and i would recommend it! it *does not* come with a longer adjustable strap but it has an ample amount of length on the over the shoulder classic strap that comes built into the bag — i like the length of it despite it not being adjustable either, it isn’t too long that it hangs awkwardly or too short right up under the armpit area, it’s just right. 5/5! This bag is a generous size and has thoughtful pockets. However, there are some things that underwhelmed me. The first thing I noticed was that many of the zippers were separating on their own (see first pic). It's probably not a huge factor unless you're really stuffing the bag full, but it gave me a bad first impression. Also, the top of the bag doesn't close all the way. With the zipper closed, there are still openings at each end of the bag. I prefer a bag where the top closes completely when you zip it closed. The fabric is nylon and feels similar to a diaper bag. It's water resistant, so that's good, but otherwise it feels a bit flimsy and cheap. I do like the stitched pattern on the fabric. I got the beige bag and it has gold stitching that leaves a nice, subtle floral pattern. It has cup holders on both ends. In the description they reference a cup holder and an umbrella holder, but from what I can tell the two pockets on the ends are identical. My 24 oz water bottle fit well in it, but if you had a bottle with a handle on it, I'm not sure it would fit. (Sorry, I don't have one to try it!). The cup holder pockets aren't elastic. The laptop sleeve is about 14" wide. There's also a zippered pocket opposite the laptop sleeve that is supposedly waterproof but I'm not gonna test it to find out how waterproof it is. But it would be good for anything you think might possibly leak, like toiletries etc. The handles have about a 12" drop, which is a good length. However, the handles are only about an inch wide and they're not padded, so they aren't very comfortable. And since they are a nylon fabric they have a tendency to slip off my shoulder. Overall the bag is lightweight and it's versatile with all its pockets and size. It has good features, but I would probably choose to spend a bit more and get something higher quality. This laptop tote surprised me because it’s way cuter and better made than the product listing photos suggest!! the size is spot on… roomy enough for a laptop, paperwork, accessories, and a water bottle without feeling bulky. the straps are long enough to go over a winter jacket, sturdy, and the luggage strap is great if you’re traveling to go over your carry on's handle (I forget what this strap is called but it has a name..oh well)... the compartments are all really thoughtful and the pink lining is adorable. the floral print had me worried it might read a little grandma, but it’s actually really cute and on trend. I'm going to put a jellycat on it for extra cuteness. Love it Read more
