My thoughts in no particular order: Accessories: great. Mirror magnet, stand, etc - all great. Love that it comes with it. The travel case was also very good. Power: a bit too strong (esp since it’s quite a small brush head) but it’s adjustable so ok Controls: you will accidentally adjust the power all the time because the controls are in the worst spot. Bad design but very modern. Very tech. Durability: this is the biggest weak spot and what killed it for me. When I’m done using a toothbrush I knock it against the sink edge to dry it, like I’ve done forever. But nope - the design here means that after just 2 months of usage, the rubber in the area started to tear and let gunk in. Was it still functional? Yes. But the damage in the area meant that it would start being an area that required cleaning and ultimately water would collect and start leaving severe residue, so I had to toss the whole thing. Could I have not knocked it against the sink? Yes. But every other toothbrush I have ever owned handled this fine - I’m not going to adjust how I dry it afterwards for this one toothbrush. It’s expensive, maybe more than it should be. You can get some other alternatives for cheaper if that’s your style. But as far as functionality goes, it’s good, and it feels great in hand. I will say the power is very strong, I wouldn’t recommend going over power level 5 on it. Read more

First time sonic toothbrush user took a little getting used to especially on the roof of the mouth tickle but it wears off pretty quick if you just do it and drool anyway LOL. Between this and using those floss toothpicks my teeth feel so much cleaner just move slowly and evenly when quadrant of your mouth at a time let the bristles do the work if you press too hard it will stop which is good because the bristles can't move if you're pushing them down too hard as well as they would be able to do the work so also the tips come off to replace them not the whole head so people don't have to worry about that bendy Breaky wear out Loose thing that a lot of them have been reading about happened it doesn't happen here happy to use it Read more
