Great product!
I use the fish oil from this company so i figured i’d try this out too and it’s great! I love that the pills aren’t like insanely huge and hard to swallow. They don’t have a bad taste at all, honestly i don’t think they have any taste. Overall great product! Read more
Magnesium gluconate
This is the best magnesium have been taking this magnesium for at least 6 months and no issues. I have it on subscription do I don’t run out. Very good product, magnesium comes from I believe the Dead Sea. Read more

Helped Calm My Heart Palpitations and I’m Sleeping Better Too
My doctor recommended magnesium for my occasional but benign heart palpitations, and this is the one I ended up trying. After I started taking this regularly, I noticed a real difference. Even when I drink coffee, which used to trigger that fluttery feeling, my heartbeat feels much more normal and steady now. I usually take more than one capsule a day based on my doctor’s advice, and I haven’t had any side effects from it. If anything, I’ve also noticed that my sleep feels deeper and more restful, and I tend to have very vivid dreams when I take it at night. I wasn’t expecting that benefit, but I’ll take it. What I like about this version is that it’s magnesium glycinate, which is supposed to be easier on the stomach and better absorbed than some other types. I haven’t had any digestive issues with it, which has happened to me with other magnesium supplements in the past. Obviously everyone’s body is different and this isn’t medical advice, but for my situation, this has been very helpful for both heart rhythm and overall relaxation. It’s now something I plan to keep taking regularly, and I’m glad I gave this brand a try. Read more
