It's difficult to find an ergonomic mouse for lefties that is rechargeable and bluetooth. So I had very high hopes. The bottom line is that after trying this with two laptops and two desktops (all Macs), this mouse just does not work. It works sometimes, but always has glitches: primary button stops working. Battery runs out. Connectivity through bluetooth is spotty. The Seller replaced my first unit so it was not just a faulty unit. Beyond that, the seller was unhelpful with issues. On top of all that, this is a very pricey unit with a very cheap feel. DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT. My two cents is to give up on the bluetooth and find one that is wireless but not bluetooth. Read more

The main reason I bought this mouse is probably for the garish red which I love. The other reason is for Bluetooth connectivity which it does okay at. After using this for about 4 months I can say the shape and angle are good, they work for me. This might change depending on your hands, but for my medium 7.0 inch from tip of middle finger to base of the wrist, it is a comfortably large mouse to wrap the hand around. The weight of the mouse is also suitable for me, it's not the lightest mouse, and my habit of picking up my mouse often did eventually give my hand a bit of a workout. The battery life is quite good. I consider myself on the medium side of usage, with some gaming here and there. I feel I may have gone almost 2 weeks without charging the mouse. The sleep mode definitely helps but here's where it goes a little downhill: when waking the mouse up, you must click, simply moving the mouse won't wake it up. Additionally, the cursor can feel choppy upon waking up, and sometimes, it persists so long it's better to just switch the mouse on and off. I don't think the manual showed any way to turn off auto sleep and there's no option in Windows (that I know of) to change the sleep mode. Getting into the bad now, right out of the box, my mouse's scroll wheel had a section of it that feels mushy when scrolling and that never went away. I definitely should have asked for a replacement but whatever. Overall the scroll wheel feels on the mushy side, which I'm not too big a fan of. The rubberized plastic finish looks and feels nice out of the box but after 4 months of use, you definitely notice discoloration where your hand touches the mouse the most. This seems like a universal problem with rubberized plastic. Matte finishes with just a bit of coarse texture like many basic computer mouses have are by far the easiest to clean and restore to like-new conditions. Impossible with rubberized plastic because your hand's natural oils are literally breaking it down. It's a decent mouse, but now that I remember how much I bought it for, I think it is a little overpriced. Read more

absolutely love this ergonomic mouse! The vibrant color is even prettier in person and adds such a fun pop to my desk setup. Not only is it super cute, but it’s also incredibly comfortable to use—I can work for hours without any strain on my hand or wrist. The shape fits perfectly in my hand and feels very natural. It’s the perfect mix of style and function. Scrolling speed is perfect, the buttons are in the perfect location and the clicks are accurate. Read more

I liked the mouse overall. The fact that it is rechargeable and has good battery life is a plus. Also, kudos to R-Go Tools for making a left-handed vertical mouse! I have big hands, so I found myself putting my thumb on the bottom edge (below the thumb grip area) and gripping it there, since it is wider. One thing that is not in the instructions: Periodically, this mouse will "go to sleep" to save battery. Have to click one of the buttons to wake it back up--and this sometimes results in inadvertently clicking on something as it wakes up. The big negative for me was that it conflicts with other Bluetooth devices. When connected to other devices, it would either stop working entirely, or the cursor would continue to move but buttons wouldn't click. I worked with support to try to resolve it, and ended up sending it back. If you need to connect with other Bluetooth devices (speakers, headset, keyboard), buy the version with a dongle instead. I NEEDED Bluetooth connection, so I had to go with a different brand. By the way, their customer service team is very responsive. Bottom line, if they can get the Bluetooth bugs worked out, this will be a great mouse. Read more
