This is going to be perfect for my daughter's wedding which is being held outside. The reception will be in a barn wedding venue. The right color and very flattering. I will have to have the legs shortened but that is a given for me consistently. I love, love love the fact that the jacket has shoulder pads! Yay! I have no shoulders and the pads help the look 100%! The only complaint is that because the shell and the jacket are one garment, it is rather cumbersome to get on . Otherwise, BEAUTIFUL! The wedding was last week and I have to say, I got as many compliments as the bride (my beautiful daughter) did! I cannot say enough about how flattering this pantsuit is! I love it! LOVE it! It has been 6 months since the wedding and because we are have been in "lockdown" because of Covid 19, I have had a lot of time to look at old pictures, etc. I want to say AGAIN, this pantsuit was absolutely one of the best purchases I have ever made. I was not too thrilled to be ordering clothing of this type on Amazon (even though I had shopped and shopped at exclusive places and was simply not happy with anything). I thought, "oh right...really? It is going to be cheap, ill-fitting and ugly." I was wrong and 6 months later, I am still so very pleased when I look at those pictures. Yes, it is a one-piece top that looks like two. It is classy. It has slight shoulder pads that merely accent the entire look. The pants are long and I had to have them hemmed which was no problem. I knew when I ordered this that the jacket was not detachable. But, it was perfect for the occasion and fit beautifully. Now that the wedding has been moved outdoors in Florida, I'm having second thoughts. I would have paid extra for a removable jacket which is the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. I’m always concerned about the fit when ordering clothes online, & it’s been awhile since I’ve needed to shop for a dress for this type of occasion. Tho’ I wear size 12 pants, & can still fit in some size 10s, I ordered this dress in a 14 because in tops I’m usually best with an XL. The dress fits very well, comfortable without being baggy. I have kind of broad squared shoulders & could stand a tad more space there as far as the jacket, but it hangs nicely on me, & I’m hoping removing the small shoulder pads might loosen that area a bit. If I could give this company negative stars I would. I had to buy three of these outfits for my grandmother for my wedding, the first two were to see which size fit, which I paid $30 for shipping for one to get here earlier and they both came on the same day anyway, and they both had this ugly discoloration on the back of the jacket in the shape of a hanger you clip pants to. So I ordered another in the size she needed and paid an arm and a leg for shipping once again, and THE DISCOLORATION IS EVEN WORSE ON THE THIRD ONE I ORDERED!! I paid $60 to ship three of these outfits and not one of them was good quality. I’m very angry that these are over $100 and come in such poor condition. Do not buy from this company. Read more
